A localização do hotel é ótima, a recepção é linda, mas o quarto e o banheiro são muito velhos, Paredes sujas, chão descascando, cortina rasgada. O café da manhã é muito simples, apenas pães, geleias, frutas, café e refresco. Não é um hotel duas estrelas.

Me hospedé en el hotel hace unos meses, luego sufrí acoso sexual constante de parte de uno de los empleados. Lamentable que tengan este tipo de personas, les hacen un psicológico antes de tomarlo. La denuncia ya fue radicada, pero por favor hagan algo con este tipo de gente.

Mi marido reservo referido por un amigo y pago la habitación (2 noches) antes de ingresar de acuerdo a lo solicitado. Si bien supuso que era sencillo, nunca pensé que iba a tener olor a humedad, tener suciedad en habitación y baño y ni siquiera contar con aire acondicionado. Así q busco otro lugar para irse, y cuando salió le dijeron que por política de la empresa no podían hacerle reembolso

Estoy alojada , no tengo agua caliente en la ducha y casi no sale agua . Ante mi reclamo me dijeron :No hay personal de mantenimiento para solucionarlo debido a que es de noche, es aire en las cañería . Abrí la canilla del bidet y así te va a salir mejor . En fin ….Impresentable Darse una ducha es un servicio básico creo no ?
